Does my order get free shipping?

No. At this time we do not offer free shipping. This could change in the future.

Do you offer flat-rate shipping?

No. At this time we do not offer flat-rate shipping.

Can I pick my order up at the store?

Yes. You can choose store pick-up at checkout to save a shipping fee. Please remember to designate a pick-up name in the comments if it will be different from your own.

Can I let my order wait at the store until I'm ready to pick it up?

No. We have a strict limit of one month after the order has been processed for pick-up. We will make three attempts to contact the customer. If return communication has not happened within that month, the items will be added back to our inventory without processing a refund.

If I choose store pick-up and change my mind, can you ship it?

No. We are unable to change the shipping/pick-up choice after an order has been placed. As long as the order has not be processed, we can cancel it and you are welcome to re-place the order with the correct shipping.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
